Verge is a compact, minimalist EDC wallet precision CNC-milled from a solid billet. Instead of hiding the cards, its integrated clamping mechanism secures a partial stack to celebrate their design, eliminating visual noise while reducing material and sensory weight. Refined through iterative CAD and hands-on prototyping, the final geometry ensures a perfectly clean fit and a crisp, tactile feel.

Objective
Developing a precision-milled EDC wallet that reduces visual and physical weight through an integrated clamping mechanism.
Iterative Prototyping
